YIN YOGA

passive stretching

The Yin Yoga practices are focused on bringing space in the body and the mind. The accessible and explorative practice of passive stretching brings you deep relaxation, release, and space in body and mind. Yin yoga is a very tranquil yoga, a somatic meditation. We work with static poses, long holds and no muscle activation, so we stimulate the deeper layers in the body to release blockages and increase flexibility.

  • Stress-reducing
  • Sleep enhancing
  • Calms the nervous system
  • Fantastic and essential complementary practice to high intensity exercise or strength training
  • Fascial stimulation for better circulation, release of toxins and distribution of nutrients in the connective tissue.

Consult the overview of practices to find your preferred one: an extra long session (90 minutes), or 75 minutes of ballsy yin: yin yoga infused with myofascial release exercises (involving massage balls) to spice up the experience and to create an even deeper release of tension from the muscular fascia.
